Breakfast Cook (Casual) – Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and organise mise en place to support smooth kitchen operations
• Assist with food preparation across all service periods
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Keep your work area clean, organised and hygienic
• Follow food safety standards and support stock rotation practices
• Receive, check, and store deliveries in line with procedures 
• Support the wider kitchen team to ensure efficient service

Breakfast Cook (Casual) – Skills & Qualifications

• Food Handling Certificate essential, or willingness to obtain one
• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen preferred, although entry-level applicants will be considered
• Basic knife skills and the ability to prepare ingredients safely and efficiently
• Sound understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures
• Ability to remain organised and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, motivated and willing to learn
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays
