Summary of Responsibilities:
- Review daily arrival lists and prepare for the arrival of Korean-speaking guests.
- Provide warm, personalized, and attentive service to guests throughout their stay.
- Assist VIP and special-category guests with their requests and ensure their expectations are met.
- Prepare and coordinate welcome amenities, guest information, and relevant collateral prior to arrival.
- Provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services, dining venues, and resort activities.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and establish positive, professional relationships with guests.
- Assist guests with various arrangements, including transportation, dining reservations, activities, and other special requests.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring timely follow-up and appropriate resolution.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless and personalized guest experiences.
- Address guest complaints with professionalism and escalate complex matters to the Guest Relations Manager when required.
- Maintain a high standard of service in accordance with AYANA’s service standards, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, quality, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Open to Indonesian citizens with fluent Korean language proficiency.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Guest Relations, Guest Services, Front Office, or a similar position within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Fluent in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Experience with OPERA or other hotel operating systems is an advantage.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Well-groomed, professional, confident, and able to represent the hotel with a high level of professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible, team-oriented, and able to work effectively with guests and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
