Speech-Language Pathologist (Full-Time w/ Benefits) Outpatient!

What we are looking for: ProCare continues to grow and we are looking for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in Altoona, PA.  Treatment setting will include outpatient and Early Intervention.  Caseload demographics include: Aphasia, Dysphagia, Pediatrics, Cognitive Communication Disorders, AAC use, etc. 

ProCare is looking for a motivated, compassionate, forward-thinking Speech Therapist who excels at assessing patients’ strengths and weaknesses and devising creative but effective treatment plans. We’re looking for flexible and all-in teammates who are excited by the opportunity to take on emerging challenges.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Evaluates a patient's need for speech therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
• Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.
• Instructs family members, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate speech therapy techniques & HEP.
