We provide up to 6 months of paid training and professional development in Dallas, Texas, along with hands-on field coaching, mentorship, and the tools you need to learn the business and become confident in the field.

You'll receive structured training designed to teach you:

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you'll become the primary point of contact for your customers — from the first conversation all the way through project completion.

You'll have the independence to build your own business while having an experienced team supporting you every step of the way.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship building
• Meet with homeowners and inspect properties
• Identify potential roofing and storm-related damage
• Educate homeowners about their roofing and insurance-restoration options
• Prepare estimates and present customized solutions
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Guide customers through the entire project process
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects stay on track
• Maintain consistent communication with homeowners
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Build and manage your personal sales pipeline
• Consistently work toward and exceed sales goals

After training, you'll earn a 25% uncapped commission structure.
