Job Description
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years of deep technical experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow-specific development tools (Studio, UI Builder, Service Portal).
- Government Experience: Proven track record of working within FedRAMP or similarly regulated government cloud environments.
- CMDB & ITOM: Strong understanding of Configuration Management (CMDB) and IT Operations Management (Discovery, Service Mapping) within a public sector context.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work onsite in Columbus, OH, and lead technical work sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.
Required Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM or ITOM preferred
- ITIL v4 Foundations
