• Should ensure smooth coordination with the Managers and Management.
• Adhering to Project Schedule. 
• Should be able to learn new technologies and implement.
• A better understanding of business logic.
• Unit testing for the given module should be completed along with necessary developer checklist.
• Escalating scope mismatch and scope creep on time.
