We are looking for a passionate and experienced junior Sous Chef from a strong Restaurant background to lead kitchen operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences

  • Key Requirements
  • Applicant must have a minimum of 3-4 years' experience Chef de Partie
  • Proven experience in standalone Restaurants / dining setups
  • Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
  • Work shifts-weekends and public holidays
  • Expertise in Menu planning, Food quality and consistency
  • Ability to Manage teams and drive operational excellence
  • Creative approach with attention to detail
