Job Description

We're looking for a People & Organizational Development Executive to support our HR function through automation, structured hiring, and performance management that gets results. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced media/tech environment, brings a positive and proactive attitude, and enjoys supporting the organization through periods of growth and change.

Key Responsibilities to Assist in;

  • Developing and update organizational structures and job descriptions
  •  Developing and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal systems
  • Supporting and continuously improve HR automation tools and workflows (HRIS, onboarding, leave management, approvals)
  • Supporting  workforce planning, recruitment, and talent acquisition across media, content, and tech functions
  • Supporting the building of talent pipelines suited to a media agency / tech hiring environment
  • Partner with hiring managers on job scoping, interview design, and offer negotiation
  • Designing and managing performance management systems and KPIs, including goal-setting, reviews, and calibration
  • Supporting managers in setting measurable KPIs and giving effective feedback.
  • coordinating learning & development initiatives.
  • Supporting management in improving organizational effectiveness and employee performance
  • Contributing to a positive, high-performance culture across all offices (Egypt, UAE, and beyond)
  • Supporting change management initiatives as the company scales and formalizes its people practices
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for employees on HR matters, resolving issues with fairness and speed
  • Preparing HR reports, workforce analytics, and management insights.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development, ideally in a People Partner or similar role.
  • Proven experience hiring for media agencies, content companies, or tech organizations
  • Hands-on experience with HR automation tools and HRIS platforms
  • Very good to excellent knowledge of performance management and KPI frameworks, with experience designing and running performance cycles
  • Experience developing HR policies, processes, and organizational structures
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, including excellent written and spoken English
