Caregivers Wanted — Join Our Team!
Read Before Applying: This is NOT a one-on-one caregiving position.
We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregivers to join our assisted living and memory care community. Our community is designed in a group home-style setting, where caregivers work together to support multiple Elders and create a comfortable, familiar environment that feels like home.
If you enjoy building relationships with the people you care for, working alongside a supportive team, and knowing that the work you do makes a difference every day, we would love to hear from you!
What We're Looking For
Because our caregivers care for multiple Elders at once, previous experience in a group-care setting is important.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in assisted living, memory care, or a group home setting
- Experience caring for multiple residents at the same time
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable, dependable, and accountable
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Must be able to attend all required training
- Must be available for our week-long New Hire Training, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
What You'll Do
As a caregiver, you'll play an important role in helping our Elders feel safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout their day.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting multiple Elders with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Supporting medication and daily care routines
- Helping with meals and household responsibilities
- Participating in activities and encouraging engagement
- Getting to know the Elders you care for and learning what makes each person unique
- Communicating with your team to provide consistent, compassionate care throughout the home
Why Join Us?
We believe great care starts with a great team. Our caregivers work together, support one another, and share the responsibility of caring for the entire home.
If you're looking for a position where you can make a difference, build meaningful relationships, and be part of a team that truly cares, we encourage you to apply!
Bring your experience, your heart, and your willingness to be part of the team. We can't wait to meet you!
