Job Description

What you’ll do

  • You'll incorporate new companies, register branches and other business entities, and support corporate establishment processes.
  • You'll prepare board resolutions, meeting minutes, and corporate documentation while ensuring compliance with the Singapore Companies Act.
  • You'll maintain statutory registers and submit statutory returns accurately and on time to ACRA.
  • You'll provide corporate secretarial advisory services and guidance on regulatory and governance requirements.
  • You'll manage a portfolio of clients, building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring ongoing corporate compliance obligations are met.

About you

Qualifications

  • You are ICSA qualified or actively pursuing an ICSA qualification, with relevant corporate secretarial experience.
  • You have strong knowledge of corporate secretarial practices, particularly relating to funds and special purpose vehicles (SPVs).
  • You are conversant with the Singapore Companies Act and Variable Capital Companies (VCC) Act, with a solid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
  • You are proficient in BizFile, E-stamping, the CAS system, and Microsoft Office applications, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • You are accountable, proactive, and an effective communicator who can manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
