Are you a friendly, organized, and member-focused person who enjoys helping others? We’re looking for a Member Services Associate to join our team and be one of the welcoming faces our members interact with every day.
In this role, you’ll welcome and assist members and visitors at our walk-in and drive-thru window. You'll provide excellent service to our members, assist with account and billing questions, process payments, answer incoming calls, and help connect members with the right resources. You’ll make a positive difference in our members’ experience.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working with people and providing exceptional member service.
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Works well as part of a team but can also work independently.
- Has strong computer and organizational skills
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Two years of experience in this position or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Office Hours:
Monday- Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
Hourly Position:
$18 - $21/ hour depending on experience
