Role Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Operations Engineer who combines technical support, automation, and QA. You’ll troubleshoot issues across business systems, identify root causes, build automations, and ensure data and workflows remain reliable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot technical issues reported by non-technical teams.
  • Investigate data discrepancies, integration failures, broken automations, and synchronization issues.
  • Build and maintain automations using Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • Troubleshoot CRMs, APIs, webhooks, integrations, logs, and databases, particularly GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • Build and maintain automated QA/testing workflows.
  • Use SQL and MongoDB to investigate and resolve data issues.
  • Identify recurring problems and implement solutions to prevent them.
  • Build simple dashboards and reports for non-technical teams.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, coding, testing, and automation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in technical support, technical operations, automation engineering, QA automation, or a combination of these.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues for non-technical users or business teams.
  • Hands-on experience building automations and integrations between multiple systems.
  • Strong experience with APIs, webhooks, workflows, and system integrations.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • Experience querying and investigating data across different types of databases; MongoDB preferred.
  • Experience troubleshooting CRMs and business systems; GoHighLevel is a strong plus.
  • Ability to independently own technical issues from investigation through resolution.
  • Strong root-cause analysis skills and the ability to implement permanent fixes.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical issues, root causes, and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM integrations and workflows.
  • Experience working with payment systems or customer support platforms.
  • Experience with REST APIs and webhooks.
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub and basic CI/CD workflows.
  • Experience creating dashboards or internal tools for business teams.
  • Previous experience transitioning from Technical Support into QA, Automation, or Technical Operations.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary in USD
  • Fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling
