Summary
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting the dealership. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing incoming calls, directing guests appropriately, and providing administrative support to ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments and team members.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Support dealership operations with clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Provide exceptional customer service while addressing basic inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and administrative teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and dealership software systems.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening.
Compensation:
- $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Full Time
- Monday through Saturday availability
- Sundays off
