What You'll Do
Lead High-Impact Strategic Initiatives
- Own and drive enterprise-level projects that address critical business priorities and growth opportunities.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define objectives, develop execution plans, manage risks, and drive successful outcomes.
- Evaluate strategic opportunities through business case development, scenario modeling, and financial analysis.
Shape Executive Decision-Making
- Translate complex business problems into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
- Develop executive-ready presentations and insights that influence key business decisions.
- Serve as a thought partner to leaders on operational, financial, and strategic priorities.
Drive Operational Excellence
- Identify performance gaps, operational inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across the business.
- Recommend and support initiatives that optimize productivity, customer outcomes, and financial performance.
- Establish measurement frameworks to monitor results and ensure sustainable impact.
Deliver Advanced Analytics & Business Insights
- Build forecasting models, performance analyses, and strategic planning tools.
- Design dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into key business drivers and organizational performance.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to support planning, budgeting, growth, and transformation initiatives.
Lead Ambiguous, Business-Critical Work
- Tackle complex and time-sensitive business issues with limited direction.
- Prioritize competing demands while maintaining focus on the highest-value opportunities.
- Function as an independent strategic leader capable of influencing outcomes without direct authority.

Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen
- You quickly understand business models, market dynamics, operational drivers, and financial performance indicators, enabling you to identify opportunities and solve high-value business problems.
Executive Presence & Communication
- You can distill complex analyses into concise, compelling insights and effectively communicate with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Structured Problem Solving
- You bring a consulting-style approach to addressing ambiguity, breaking down complex challenges, and developing practical recommendations.
Results Orientation
- You operate with a strong sense of ownership, balancing strategic thinking with execution discipline to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline such as finance, economics, engineering, or mathematics.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Strategy, Operations, Management Consulting, Corporate Planning, Investment Banking, Business Transformation, Analytics, or related fields.
- Experience leading enterprise-level strategic initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong financial, operational, and analytical modeling capabilities.
- Advanced analytical and Excel modeling skills; SQL, Python, or R proficiency is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive outcomes in matrixed organizations.
- Strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences.
