TL Maintenance Production Facility

- Manages and supervises the Maintenance org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Identifies potential for improvement in area of responsibility, offers consulting and contributes to improvement of service delivery
- Takes responsibility for standard & governance adherence and process execution
- Leads the direct reports in the area of responsibility
- Plans the regular team activity in order to cover all the activity stages and reply to all the requests received
- Defines the team members’ objectives, tasks and responsibilities. Provides clear instructions, monitoring and evaluation of the results
- Identifies the training and development needs of direct reports, follows the subordinates' professional development and provides assistance for using newly acquired knowledge
- Proposes and applies measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
Functional accountability for Maintenance on plant level
- Ensures implementation for maintenance process and system within the area of responsibility including implementation of preventive, predictive and unplanned maintenance for production equipment, facility equipment and tools
- Ensures installation and movement of equipment and re-qualification of equipment and tools
- Ensures maintenance for utilities, cooling, heating, electricity, water, compressed air, steam, lighting etc. internal or by external suppliers, according to requirements (standards)
- Ensures maintenance of firefighting and fire prevention equipment
- Ensures maintenance of security camera systems
- Implements LTPM
- Monitors, analyses and improves process performance

- Master in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering

- With at least 4 years of experience

- French language, fluently spoken and writing.
- English language, fluently spoken and writing.
