Why you'll want to join us

We're a modern, growing pharmacy on a mission to make healthcare simpler and more accessible for patients across Canada. Behind every order is a real person counting on us to get it right, and our pharmacy team is at the heart of that. If you take pride in accuracy, value knowing your schedule ahead of time, and want to help build something better, we'd love to meet you.

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary

  • A supportive, team-first culture where your attention to detail actually matters

  • The chance to help shape an innovative pharmacy service as we grow

About the role

Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, you'll deliver outstanding service to our patients as part of a collaborative team, helping keep our pharmacy accurate, safe, and efficient, all within your full RPhT scope of practice.

What you'll do

  • Stock, label, assemble, and fill medications and support pharmacist-directed services within the RPhT scope of practice

  • Keep inventory running smoothly: check stock levels, anticipate needs, place and expedite orders, verify receipt, and remove expired products

  • Respond to patient inquiries and escalate to the pharmacist when needed

  • Follow all Ontario and federal regulations for ordering, handling, and managing prescriptions

  • Protect patient privacy in line with PHIPA and applicable federal privacy law

  • Keep the pharmacy safe, clean, and compliant with SOPs, OCP standards, and legislation

  • Take part in team meetings and other duties within your regulated scope

What you'll bring

  • Current registration as an RPhT in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP)

  • 18+, high school diploma or equivalent

  • High accuracy and strong attention to detail in dispensing and documentation

  • Strong time management and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting

  • A collaborative, self-motivated approach and a willingness to take initiative

  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written)

Nice to have (an asset, not required):

  • 1+ year of experience as a regulated pharmacy technician

  • Experience in a high-volume community, mail-order, or specialty pharmacy

  • French, spoken and/or written

We are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and a strong sense of belonging. If you're excited about this role, we encourage you to apply—even if you're not sure if your background or experience is a perfect match.
