Job Description
- Lead the pre-opening sales strategy and establish Pullman Hamilton’s position within the local and national market.
- Drive revenue across corporate, MICE, groups, events and key leisure segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and industry stakeholders.
- Lead sales planning, account management and business development activity.
- Partner with Revenue and Marketing to maximise conversion, market share and commercial performance.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends and pipeline activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Proven senior sales experience within hotels, hospitality or a related industry.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience across corporate, MICE and group segments.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and business development skills.
- Confident leader with strong communication and stakeholder management capability.
- Pre-opening or premium hotel experience highly regarded.
- Full working rights in New Zealand.
- Play a key commercial role in one of Waikato’s most exciting hotel openings.
