Technician Facility Maintenance

Performs maintenance or ensures maintenance of:
- Buildings, cooling, heating, electricity, water, compressed air, steam, etc. as well as other installations
- Firefighting and fire prevention equipment
- Security camera systems
in accordance with technical specifications, compliance standards and government regulations

- Ensures the water and electricity supply of the property
- Prepares and archives documents for archiving
- Documented maintenance carried out according to the maintenance plan
- Carries out removals and conversions
- Inspects meeting rooms with regard to furniture and ensures the specified condition in cooperation with IT
- Collects, documents and reports consumption data
- Supports internal and external audits
- Creates purchase requisitions and records the receipt of goods for services

• Level of Education : University Degree
• Branch of study : Electrical - Mechanical - Mechatronics or similar
• IT: Microsoft Office
• Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result-orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
• Professional competences: Equipment Maintenance /Preventative and Predictive Maintenance /Equipment Repair /Machine Operations /Machine Tools/Maintenance of electrical control panels and/or preparation
