This role suits a confident, all‑rounder GP veterinarian who enjoys responsibility and is looking to grow into a senior clinical or leadership position over time.

You’ll be empowered to practise high-quality, evidence-based medicine with autonomy, while contributing positively to team culture, mentoring junior colleagues where appropriate, and helping drive clinical standards.

Qualifications

• BVSc or DVM (or equivalent) eligible for registration with the AVBC
• 5+ years’ experience in small animal general practice
• Strong clinical judgement, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
• Interest in mentoring and contributing to broader clinic leadership
