Job Description

PURPOSE:

  • Enhance and extend the Rentokil Initial’s business by representing the Company to prospective clients via phone calls
  • To monitor each customer’s evolving needs and manage the account to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Renew service contracts with customers in Tier 4.
  • Responsible for selling consumable products by receiving orders from existing or potential customers.
  • Understand features, advantages, and disadvantages of the products & services as well as competitors’ one.
  • Contact with customer and record all customers’ information in the report of customer’s information.
  • Planning for week’s work, month for approval and complying with the approved plans.
  • Coordinate with Operations Dept to complete the service and meet the customers’ requirements.
  • Receive and handle complaints from customers regarding product quality, delivery time, etc.
  • Respond to termination notices & follow up the process of contract’s liquidation
  • Other tasks are required by Line Manager

Requirements

  • Graduated from College/University with major in Business Administration, Customer Service, Technical fields with the same level in foreign companies.
  • Have at least 01 years’ experience in the field of sales and/or customer service
  • Good working behavior
  • Able to work independently and hard working in a multitask function
  • Able to solve problems well
  • Have responsibility and ability of management
  • Skill of communication in English
  • Having knowledge on accounting is preferable.
  • Good health & willing to visit outside.
