Job Description

Perform various spa treatments, including body massage, aromatherapy, body scrubs, facials, and other wellness treatments.
Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments.
Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and products before and after each service.
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and relaxing spa environment.
Ensure proper handling and storage of spa products and equipment.

Diploma, certificate, or formal training in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, or a related field
Relevant spa or massage therapy certification/license, where required
Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, Massage Therapist, is an advantage
Knowledge of basic facial, body scrub, and body treatment procedures
Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Pleasant, professional, and well-groomed appearance
Ability to assess guests' needs and recommend appropriate treatments
Physically fit and able to perform treatments for extended periods
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work independently and as part of a hotel team
