Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate and energetic Barista to join our Food & Beverage team.
You’ll be responsible for crafting quality coffee and beverages while delivering friendly, engaging service across our resort restaurants.
What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare and serve quality coffee, specialty beverages and refreshments
- Deliver friendly, efficient and personalised service to our guests
- Multitask across coffee preparation, customer service and other service needs
- Keep coffee stations, equipment and service areas clean, organised and well presented
- Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining appropriate supplies
- Support the wider Food & Beverage team during busy service periods
- Assist with conferences, functions and special events when required
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards
- Contribute to a positive, energetic and supportive team environment
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Previous barista experience in a café, restaurant, hotel or similar environment
- A genuine passion for coffee and hospitality
- A friendly, outgoing personality and a natural ability to connect with guests
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality beverages
- The ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
- A team-focused attitude and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
- Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends, evenings and public holidays
