Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Welcome Host to join our small team, based in the ground floor reception operation of a multi-occupied building in the city.

As the face of the building, you will play a key role in creating memorable and emotionally engaging experiences for our occupiers, visitors, and guests.
You will take ownership of the Front of House environment, ensuring a seamless and authentic customer journey while supporting the wider management team with the smooth day-to-day operation of the building. Through exceptional service and a proactive approach, you will help bring our properties to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, professional, and personalised welcome to all occupiers, visitors, and guests.
  • Take ownership of the Front of House experience and maintain a welcoming environment at all times.
  • Build positive relationships with occupiers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries, requests, and issues.
  • Support the building management team in the effective operation of the property.
  • Actively engage with occupiers through a roaming host approach, using mobile technology where appropriate.
  • Ensure a consistently high standard of customer service across all interactions.

Salary: £35,942
Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts from 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri

Previous experience in a customer-facing, hospitality, concierge, reception, or front-of-house role is essential.
