[Thu Duc] Customer Services Executive, Food Testing

• Follow sales and grow sales of existing customers
• Consulting and answering information for customers related to regulations
• Draft and sign contracts with customers
• Return test analysis results and resolve complaints

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields

• 3–5 years of working experience in relevant positions

• Careful, honest, and highly responsible; proactive and enthusiastic at work

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Preference given to candidates with experience in food testing, food analysis, or quality control
