Job Description

Requirements 

  • Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and handle customer payment inquiries. 
  • Valid police clearance and two professional references.
  • Driver License – (optional).
  •  Attractive Salary.

Duties 

  • Process invoices and payments accurately.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare receivable reports and maintain financial records.
  • Assist with month-end closing and support the finance team.
