Job Description
As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will support an IT delivery team, managing small projects and cross-system Change Requests involving multiple technology areas. The role requires autonomy, strong stakeholder management and the ability to deliver results in complex and evolving environments.
Main responsibilities
- Plan and deliver small IT projects, defining scope, required resources, team organisation and timelines.
- Manage the full lifecycle of cross-system Change Requests, from analysis and planning through execution, testing and delivery.
- Assess technical and functional impacts and coordinate alignment across the teams involved.
- Monitor risks, issues and outstanding actions, maintaining an accurate view of project status.
- Support ongoing transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote good IT governance and Change Management practices.
- Follow established project management standards and templates.
- Provide constructive feedback and contribute to team improvement.
- At least 6 years of project management experience.
- Solid knowledge of Information Systems management.
- High proficiency in managing system implementation processes with strong integration with market middleware.
- Knowledge of Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, as well as SharePoint, Jira and Power BI.
- Strong organisation, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage complex and stressful situations.
- Results orientation, critical thinking, flexibility and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Willingness to learn.
- Portuguese proficiency.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Spoken and written Spanish is valued.
Additional Valued Experience
- Experience with projects involving multiple system integrations.
- Consulting project experience.
- Previous experience in projects delivered in collaboration with the organization identified in the original brief.
