Job Description
- Collaborate with other team members to prepare the weekly bank position, ensuring accurate updates and reflecting the actual status of pledged inventory.
- Coordinate with other departments to monitor and track stock movement fluctuations.
- Perform FX reconciliation at the end of each month.
- Understand, manage, and closely monitor discounting/factoring programs with customers.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when inputting data for various reports, including margin reports, limit files, and other financial reports.
- Track overdue and ineligible Receivables for intercompany entities and co-borrowers.
- Other ad-hoc tasks within Treasury topics;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance/Accounting with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience in an international, cross-functional environment is an advantage.
- Strong data handling and reporting skills; Power BI experience is a plus.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, Power Automate) to enhance reporting, analysis, and process efficiency.
- Strong organization skill.
- Ability to manage time and comply with deadlines under stress.
