The role requires strong expertise in IT recruitment, tech hiring, non-tech recruitment, candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, and recruitment operations.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously, identifying high-quality talent through diverse sourcing channels, and partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver candidates within agreed timelines.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology and non-technology positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements, role priorities, skill expectations, and hiring timelines.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies for IT, technical, business, corporate, and non-technical roles.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, databases, social platforms, and direct sourcing.
  • Identify and engage qualified candidates through proactive outreach and targeted talent mapping.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and role requirements.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidate suitability before presenting profiles to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle and maintain a strong candidate experience.
  • Work with hiring managers to manage interview feedback, selections, rejections, and next steps.
  • Manage offer discussions, compensation expectations, negotiations, and joining processes.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ATS/CRM data.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Develop talent pools for critical and recurring technology and non-technology positions.
  • Track recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, interview conversion, offer acceptance, and joining ratios.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support employer-branding and candidate-engagement initiatives where required.
  • Research talent-market trends, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing opportunities.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement approaches.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Staffing, or Human Resources.
  • Strong hands-on experience in IT recruitment and technology hiring.
  • Proven experience recruiting for non-technical and corporate/business functions as well.
  • Strong understanding of technical profiles, IT skill sets, software engineering roles, and technology hiring requirements.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
  • Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, Boolean search, and other recruitment channels.
  • Ability to understand complex job descriptions and translate requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
  • Strong candidate-screening and interviewing skills with excellent judgement.
  • Experience working directly with hiring managers and senior business stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience managing compensation expectations and offers.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles, candidates, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with ATS, recruitment trackers, CRM systems, and digital recruitment tools.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to monitor recruitment metrics and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Strong candidate-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering a positive recruitment experience.
  • Proactive, persistent, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed and cross-functional teams.
