Brunswick Housing Authority is seeking a Director of Facilities, to be based in Brunswick, Maine.  Brunswick Housing Authority is dedicated to providing safe, quality and affordable housing for eligible people in need of assistance and to promote opportunities for the growth and development of residents as well as the community. 

Job Summary: 

The Director of Facilities is responsible for the strategic planning, management, and oversight of all physical assets owned and operated by the Housing Authority, including public housing units, administrative offices, and related properties. This role ensures that all facilities are safe, code-compliant, well-maintained, and operated in a cost-effective manner while supporting the Authority's mission of providing quality affordable housing. The Director leads the maintenance, capital improvement, and facilities operations teams and works closely with executive leadership, property management, and external contractors/vendors.
