Role Overview

This is a full-time, in-house role at Magic – you're not a VA on loan to a client, you're accountable for the VA accounts themselves. You coach the EAs assigned to your clients and keep the relationship working on both ends.

That's not the same job as "manager." You don't stack direct reports – you own the full account: the client relationship and the people serving it. Part account lead, part coach, zero script to follow. Your EAs don't report to you out of obligation – they follow your lead because you've earned their trust, and that's the only authority that holds up at 2am on a client call.

Accounts that perform, stay. Accounts that stay, grow Magic.

Shift: training runs overnight (Week 1: Monday–Thursday 8:30 PM–5:30 AM PHT, Friday MEA team orientation; Weeks 2–3: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM PHT), Monday–Friday, with your eventual production shift landing between 6 PM–3 AM, 12 AM–9 AM, or 4 AM–1 PM PHT. Training is strict: zero absences (documented medical emergencies only), max 2 tardies, 70% minimum score with one retake per failed module.

Compensation & Benefits

Gross package ₱42,000 (₱38,117 base + ₱3,833 non-taxable allowances), plus a performance bonus of ₱3,000–₱5,000/month (650+ billed hours/week and quality targets) – total monthly potential ₱42,000–₱47,000 · HMO (after 6 months) · 12 vacation + 10 sick days/year · 13th month pay, SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG · Desktop computer + full IT support provided · Paid Training
