Job Description
The Director of Revenue Management (Pre-Opening) is responsible for building the hotel’s revenue strategy and commercial infrastructure from the ground up prior to launch. This includes establishing market positioning, designing room type categories and pricing structures, configuring technology distribution channels (PMS, RMS, CRS, OTA setups), setting up forecasting models, and partnering with Sales and Marketing to drive pre-booking momentum for a successful opening.
