Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Control- UAE National professional for our Dubai office. As a UAE National, you will play a critical role in managing, organizing, and maintaining our company's documentation systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accessibility across all departments. This position requires a professional who can efficiently handle document workflows, maintain version control, and uphold the highest standards of record management.

  • Manage and maintain document control systems, ensuring proper filing, indexing, and retrieval of all organizational documents
  • Implement and enforce document control procedures and policies in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Monitor document versions and revisions, maintaining accurate records of all changes and updates
  • Coordinate with various departments to collect, review, and process documents for storage and archival
  • Ensure compliance with document retention policies and regulatory requirements applicable to the organization
  • Perform regular audits of document management systems to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval
  • Prepare and maintain documentation logs, indexes, and tracking reports
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline document workflows and improve efficiency
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of document management software and systems


  • UAE Nationals with Family Book only
  • Proven experience in document control, records management, or related administrative roles
  • Proficiency with document management systems (DMS) and digital filing platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Knowledge of document control procedures, best practices, and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify process improvements
