2. Utility Sector business knowledge and functional expertise especially on Sales and Channel Partner Management for C&I customers

Desired Skills: Web Portal and Digital Experience management, EDI tools, Usage Validation, Technical and Functional Assurance skills

The client is integrating all its business functions into single platforms. Client has chosen a home-grown platform for C&I channel partner management which needs to be integrated and upgraded to meet business needs

3. System integration and interface mapping

4. Functional Assurance and UAT support

5. Conducting stakeholders workshops

6. Interfacing with product vendor

7. Interfacing with technical team
