Job Description

Why DataMap

DataMap implements and integrates the ERPs that run finance and procurement at some of the largest companies in the world, including Google: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and Coupa on top of them. We are a Microsoft, Coupa, Boomi, SAP, and Oracle partner. Most of our work sits where business process meets system design.

We are a small team doing enterprise-scale work. Real responsibility comes early, and the people who trained you are still in the room. We are an AI-first company: analysts here work with AI in the loop on every project.

How we hire

Apply, and you'll get a nine-minute problem-solving assessment. That's the entire first round. Score well and you get an interview, every time. No resume black hole, no weeks of silence.

The role

ERP Analyst V is our most senior ERP role: global ERP strategy, enterprise-wide automation, and transformation at scale, on an executive track.

You'll lead multi-million-dollar global ERP programs across regions, own ERP strategy and governance, design AI-powered analytics and automation frameworks, and advise Fortune 500 executives on their system roadmaps. The goal is a recognized leader in ERP modernization and enterprise business intelligence.

What you'll do

10+ years of experience in enterprise ERP strategy

  • Own enterprise ERP architecture and keep it aligned with corporate objectives
  • Define and manage global ERP governance, standardizing practices across international business units
  • Oversee ERP automation, AI-driven analytics, and predictive modeling
  • Lead multi-region rollouts that comply with global financial and supply chain regulation
  • Run modernization programs: cloud migration, AI-based automation, process optimization
  • Advise C-suite executives on ERP practices and innovation
  • Design enterprise data management strategy: security, integrity, and third-party integration
  • Lead ERP vendor negotiations and technology partnerships

15+ years of experience driving digital transformation

  • Architect AI-powered ERP ecosystems using automation, machine learning, and predictive analytics
  • Lead enterprise-wide cloud migration with security, performance, and cost in balance
  • Define next-generation ERP strategy against evolving business, regulatory, and industry needs
  • Run ERP innovation work, evaluating and deploying emerging technology in ERP automation
  • Influence global ERP standardization so systems interoperate across multinationals
  • Mentor and develop ERP leaders, consultants, and analysts

Where it leads

We promote from within, and quickly for people who earn it. ERP Analyst V is an executive-track position with pathways into:

  • Chief ERP Architect — defining ERP innovation strategy and AI-driven process automation
  • VP of Enterprise Systems — managing global ERP operations, compliance, and modernization
  • CIO / CTO — overseeing enterprise-wide IT transformation
  • ERP Industry Advisor / Board Member — shaping ERP strategy at the highest levels

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience

  • Extensive expertise in Microsoft D365 F&O, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or a similar enterprise ERP
  • Proven global ERP deployments, multi-region rollouts, and cross-border compliance
  • Strong background in enterprise business intelligence, predictive analytics, and ERP-driven AI automation
  • Expertise in ERP risk management, security governance, and compliance
  • Defines and executes enterprise ERP roadmaps that balance agility, security, and efficiency
  • Has managed multi-million-dollar ERP programs and IT transformation projects

  • Strong track record in process re-engineering, workflow automation, and digital-first strategy
  • Has negotiated ERP vendor contracts, licensing models, and long-term technology partnerships

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary and performance-based bonuses
  • Unlimited vacation and a flexible work environment
  • Free catered lunch at HQ
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Health insurance with a generous employer contribution
  • Hands-on mentorship and paid certifications
