Senior Care Therapist (LSW/LPC) Make a difference where it matters most. We are seeking a therapist who is committed to enhancing the emotional well-being and quality of life of seniors in long-term care and community settings. What You'll Do

• Provide assessments and behavioral health evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver counseling and therapeutic interventions.
• Support residents through life transitions, grief, loss, adjustment issues, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns.
• Collaborate with facility staff, healthcare providers, families, and community partners.
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with professional standards.

What We're Looking For ✅ Ohio LSW or LPC license required ✅ Experience working with seniors or vulnerable populations preferred ✅ Strong relationship-building and communication skills ✅ Commitment to ethical, person-centered care ✅ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer
