Job Description
- Support the front-of-house team throughout service, ensuring food and drinks are delivered to the right tables promptly and efficiently
- Help create a memorable guest experience by being attentive, friendly and ready to assist wherever needed
- Act as an important link between the kitchen, bar and floor team, communicating clearly and responding quickly to requests
- Keep the restaurant organised and service areas clean and well stocked, helping the team maintain a smooth and efficient service
- Get to know our menu, products and service standards so you can confidently support the team and answer basic guest questions
- 2+ years previous experience in a busy restaurant or bar
- You’re all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience
