Position Title: Team Lead, Program Management
Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila – 2 days per week onsite
Role Purpose
As Team Lead, Programme Management, you will help build a high-performing programme management team in Manila by balancing hands-on delivery with day-to-day team leadership.
This role is suited to someone who communicates clearly, takes initiative, and enjoys improving how teams work. You will support frontline programme managers, coach team members, strengthen operational practices, and help the team deliver consistent outcomes for clients and internal stakeholders.
