Job Description
- Assist the Outlet Supervisor in the smooth and efficient operation of the outlet.
- Lead and support the service team during daily operations to ensure high standards of guest service.
- Welcome guests, assist with seating, and ensure their needs are handled promptly and professionally.
- Monitor the quality and consistency of food and beverage service.
- Assign daily tasks and coordinate team members according to operational requirements.
- Brief the team before shifts and communicate important operational information.
- Support the training, coaching, and development of team members.
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards, service procedures, and brand standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to guest requests, comments, and complaints appropriately.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen, Stewarding, Bar, and other departments to ensure smooth service.
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, mise-en-place, and overall outlet presentation.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling where applicable.
- Ensure proper handling of equipment, operating supplies, and inventory.
- Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and food safety requirements.
- Report operational issues, maintenance concerns, and guest feedback to the Outlet Supervisor.
- Support the Outlet Supervisor in achieving departmental targets and maintaining efficient operations.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
- Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team.
- Guest-focused and service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English; Russian is an advantage.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
