Job Description

Infant Educator

We are looking for a caring and dedicated Infant Educator to nurture and support the development of infants aged 2 to 18 months. You will create a warm, safe, and responsive environment that promotes infants' well-being, learning, and development while building strong partnerships with families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quality care and responsive caregiving for infants.
  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
  • Support infants' physical, social, emotional, language, and cognitive development.
  • Observe, document, and assess infants' developmental progress.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment.
  • Build positive and trusting relationships with parents and families.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality infant care.
  • Uphold the centre's values and professional standards.

Requirements

  • ECDA-recognised qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education.
  • Certified by ECDA as an Infant Educator.
  • Strong passion for caring for infants and supporting families.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a nurturing and patient disposition.
