NextGen is seeking an experienced AFSIM Scenario Developer to support North American Aerospace Defense Command (N&NC) mission areas through advanced modeling, simulation, analysis, and scenario development. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in the AFSIM environment and capable of building high‑fidelity operational scenarios that support planning, experimentation, and wargaming activities.
