Leisure Club Supervisor

Overview
The Leisure Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the leisure services offered within our establishment. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming environment that promotes guest satisfaction and engagement. The Leisure Supervisor will assist a team dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality experiences, ensuring that all guests enjoy their time with us to the fullest.

Duties

• Develop and implement leisure strategies that cater to the interests of our guests.
• Oversee the daily operations of leisure facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and fully operational day to day.
• Supervise and train staff in guest services and standards.
• Maintain inventory of leisure equipment and supplies.
• Assist the Leisure club manager with all tasks relating to club memberships.
• Assist with the safe and effective management of pools on site.

Skills

• Proven skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
• Strong background in hospitality, demonstrating an understanding of guest services and expectations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with guests and staff alike.
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for leisure activities and a commitment to enhancing guest experiences through innovative programming.
