Join Our Team as a Talent & Culture Coordinator 

Rohloff Group is looking for a highly organised, and people-focused Talent & Culture Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This exciting role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Talent & Culture Executive and the broader Talent & Culture Department, playing a key role in bringing our people strategy and culture to life. From coordinating employee engagement initiatives and memorable company events to driving culture-building activities and supporting key Talent & Culture projects, this position is at the heart of creating an exceptional employee experience. The successful candidate will be a proactive relationship builder who thrives on planning, organisation, and collaboration while ensuring the seamless day-to-day functioning of the department.

What will be expected of you?

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Talent & Culture Executive, including diary management, meeting coordination, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage calendars and schedules for the Talent & Culture Executive and team.
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, corporate events, wellness programmes, recognition events, and year-end functions.
  • Drive culture and employee experience initiatives across the business.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venues, suppliers, catering, travel, accommodation, and communications.
  • Support onboarding, employer branding, leadership events, and Talent & Culture campaigns.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting packs, and departmental documentation.
  • Coordinate internal communications related to Talent & Culture programmes and initiatives.
  • Manage budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and expenditure tracking for events and departmental activities.
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, attendance registers, and event reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Support the delivery of Talent & Culture projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and organisational information at all times.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc duties as required.

Do you have what it takes?

  • 3+ years' experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, HR, Events, Office Coordination, or similar role.
  • Relevant Higher Certificate, Diploma, or Degree.
  • Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Canva advantageous.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and administration skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management and relationship-building ability.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Professional, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
