MUST HAVE:
- 5+ years Mainframe FOCUS experience
- 2+ years Cognos experience
- Strong organizational skills
- 2+ years Project Management experience
- Data analysis experience
- Ability to write specs from existing programs
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills
NICE TO HAVE:
- Prior experience in converting code from one platform to another
- Experience writing specifications from existing programs
- Good comm skills are a big priority
