Job Description

ITP Gaming is seeking a creative and organised Events & Marketing Intern to support the planning and promotion of gaming events, esports tournaments and brand activations. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate passionate about gaming who wants to gain hands-on experience in an events agency.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with concept development, researching creative ideas, gaming event formats and audience engagement opportunities.

  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations and mood boards for client briefs.

  • Research venues, vendors and suppliers, gathering quotations and helping compare options.

  • Assist with vendor coordination, following up on requirements, timelines and deliveries.

  • Help maintain project schedules, budget trackers and event documentation.

  • Assist with marketing materials, social media content and promotional activity for gaming events.

  • Monitor gaming, esports, event and marketing trends to identify relevant ideas and opportunities.

  • Help compile post-event reports, gathering attendance figures, engagement data, feedback and event imagery.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across multiple projects.

Requirements
  • Currently studying or recently graduated in events management, marketing, communications or a related field.

  • Strong interest in gaming, esports, events and brand activations.

  • Familiarity with gaming communities, popular titles and industry trends.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and AI tools.

  • Experience with Canva or other creative tools is a plus.

This internship offers practical experience in the planning and marketing of gaming events, working alongside an experienced team to develop engaging experiences for gaming audiences.
