Academy Expert – Global Talent Development (all genders) - 18 months opportunity

• Du gestaltest und begleitest internationale Programme zur Talent- und Führungskräfteentwicklung.
• Du entwickelst attraktive Lernreisen, Workshops und weitere Entwicklungsformate.
• Gemeinsam mit HR, Führungskräften aus dem Business und externen Partnern sorgst du für eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung unserer Programme.
• Du koordinierst Nominierungen, internationale Teilnehmendengruppen und die Kommunikation rund um unsere Programme.
• Du entwickelst bestehende Formate kontinuierlich weiter, basierend auf Feedback, Lernergebnissen und den Anforderungen des Business.

• Erfahrung in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, Consulting oder Projektmanagement.
• Freude daran, wirkungsvolle Lernerlebnisse zu gestalten und Menschen in ihrer Entwicklung zu unterstützen.
• Gute Fähigkeiten im Projekt- und Stakeholdermanagement.
• Sicherheit in der Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen und funktionsübergreifenden Umfeld.
• Eine proaktive Hands-on-Mentalität sowie Kreativität und Neugier.
