Employee Relations Summer Intern - JobID-0295

Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT), a leading defense technology company, is seeking an Employee Relations 2027 Summer Intern to be part of our Human Resources team and based out of our Arlington, VA location.

 

The HR Intern will play a key role in supporting our Employee Relations team by assisting with coordination and documenting of HR-led focus groups across our four key sites (NJ, VA, MA, and CA). Additionally, they will assist with the administration and data compilation of our Annual Employee Engagement Survey, gaining valuable, hands-on experience in corporate culture and employee sentiment analysis.
