Placement: Direct Hire, Full Time, Non-Contract
Program Manager (Body Controls)
Livonia, Michigan
- Coordinate with project teams - Purchasing, Sales, Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing concerning project issues.
- Interface with customers and suppliers.
- Retain responsibility for product after launch and pursue continuous improvements
- Introduce product according to GDPIM and execute APQP safe launch plans.
Required:
- Excellent internal and customer facilitation, communication, and documentation skills.
- Extensive understanding of financial analysis related to repetitive manufacturing.
- Manufacturing and design and development processes experience within the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of advanced quality planning tools required in the automotive industry.
- Leadership skills to provide direction to teams that do not report to the Program Manager.
- Previous Ford experiencerequired
