The award-winning The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort and The Westin Resort Costa Navarino are seeking for a In-Room Dining Manager.

The In-Room Dining Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of In-Room Dining, ensuring seamless service delivery and a consistently high-quality guest experience. The role requires strong leadership, operational awareness and a hands-on approach to managing the team and daily service.

  • Oversee the daily operations of the In-Room Dining department, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, motivate and support the IRD team, maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
  • Ensure guest orders are delivered accurately, promptly and according to established service standards.
  • Handle guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring effective service recovery when required.
  • Coordinate closely with culinary and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor staffing levels, schedules and daily operational needs.
  • Support the training, development and performance of team members.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety and operational standards.
  • Monitor departmental performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and the overall guest experience.
  • Support inventory control, equipment management and cost awareness within the department.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial Food & Beverage role, preferably within In-Room Dining or a luxury hotel environment.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and hotel management software, such as Micros Simphony and Opera.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Very good command of English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work shifts according to operational needs.
