B2B Sales Account Executive - Remote (UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS)

Magic is a Y Combinator-born, Sequoia-backed outsourcing platform that has connected fast-growing businesses with top remote talent since 2015, with [1,000+ / thousands] of remote workers worldwide.

This is a full-time, fully remote role as an independent contractor, with uncapped commission. You'll own 50+ warm inbound leads every month, from the first discovery call to close and client handoff. The leads are warm, the playbook is proven, and nobody is waiting on you to find perfect conditions. You'll run 2–8 discovery calls a day with U.S. founders and C-level and Director-level buyers, and every "not now" goes in your pipeline as a future win.

Shift: 9-hour shifts during U.S. business hours, Monday to Friday, and you need to be able to work Eastern Time consistently, including through Daylight Saving Time changes. Training runs 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET, and attendance is mandatory.
