  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that improve the employee experience and support business growth.
  • Ensure People Operations practices comply with Lithuanian legislation and internal company standards.

What we expect of you:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or personnel administration, with experience taking ownership of HR processes.
  • Experience leading people, either as a manager or team lead with direct reports, or by leading project teams, working groups, or cross-functional initiatives without formal line management.
  • Strong knowledge of the Lithuanian Labour Code and employment-related legislation.
  • Experience with HR systems and personnel data management; experience with Rivilė would be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and different departments.
  • Proactive mindset and a continuous improvement approach to People Operations processes.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy, combined with the ability to independently manage priorities, take ownership, and make well-informed decisions.

What we offer:

  • Great opportunities to grow in a strong and rapidly expanding company.
  • Interesting and ambitious projects of industrial GPS tracking devices.

  • Care about your emotional and physical well-being by offering flexible work schedules and health insurance.
  • Company-paid sports activities (basketball, football, volleyball, yoga) and other sports events.
  • Celebrating achievements and having fun together in team building, summer festivals, and other important occasions.
  • Opportunity for solid bonuses when participating in the recommendation program.
  • We delight with birthday and Christmas gifts and rewards on work anniversaries.
